Since opening my doors, I have been committed to providing service of the highest quality, working efficiently while keeping the lines of communication with my clients clear and concise. My goal is to give pure joy to my work with every session or consultation. Every client has their own needs and expectations, and it is important to grasp that. Each client has the final say in all the steps I take in my treatments. I want every client to feel they made the best decision choosing Blade to Beauty. I cannot guarantee successful results for everyone as every client's skin type, lifestyle, and overall health varies. Those with scarring in the procedure area and those with sensitive or problematic skin may experience less retention for certain procedures.
If you already have existing permanent makeup in the desired procedure area, you must email a picture to get approved. Failure to do so could result in increased service pricing or refusal of service.
To secure your appointment there will be a
RETAINER of $75 required on all new procedures.
This is a commitment on both of our ends and will not be refunded, only transferred to a different date in the event of pregnancy or any other rescheduling reasons WITH PROPER NOTICE. This RETAINER is NON-REFUNDABLE and can be paid via Zelle, Venmo, ApplePay, or Square, if you simply send me your email. Or you can always stop by the studio and pay in person. This amount goes towards your procedure & remainder is due at the time of your appointment!
• To prevent a forfeited RETAINER, please give a proper notice of 48 hours if you can't make it to your appointment! Less than 48 hours notice leaves me without the ability to book someone else and therefore a loss of income for me. It’s not always easy to rebook your spot in such a short notice. Please understand this is something planned by every client and it's not easy to "just find someone" to fill your spot.
Respectfully, your emergency should not be my financial responsibility.
Everyone has children that get sick, everyone doesn't feel good every now and then - but I'm the one paying for that. If I have enough notice to find replacement, I can be lenient with the timeframe.
But please don't text the morning of your appointment-canceling, or the night before, because you will lose the retainer no matter the reason. I'm not insensitive, I'm running a business.
Each client will get 1 free chance to reschedule with proper notice. Any rescheduling after will result in an additional $30 fee with no exceptions.
NO-SHOWS will lose their retainer and will have to pay an additional fee to rebook.
