Terms and Conditions

I cannot guarantee successful results for everyone as every client's skin type, lifestyle, and overall health varies. Those with scarring in the procedure area and those with sensitive or problematic skin may experience less retention for certain procedures.

If you already have existing permanent makeup in the desired procedure area, you must email a picture to get approved. Failure to do so could result in increased service pricing or refusal of service.

Appointment Policy

1.     A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required to schedule your appointment at the time of scheduling. The deposit will be credited toward the procedure fees on the day of your appointment. The balance is due on the day of your procedure.

2.     It is required to have your follow-up appointment between six and eight weeks after your original procedure. If you fail to come in for your touch-up or cancel before 24 hours, you understand that your touch-up is no longer $80 if you go outside the 6–8-week mark unless I say otherwise. If two appointments are missed or canceled without valid reasons, you can no longer book with me. I value our time.

3.     Any client who does not show up for a scheduled appointment will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay for any future appointments in full,, before their scheduled appointment. No exceptions. No children are allowed during appointments. I have the right to refuse service to anyone.

4.     It is your responsibility to book the six-eight-week touch-up with me. If You do not get in within 6-8 weeks, prices will vary. On some occasions, a client may need an additional session due to having a skin type that is more resistant to the implantation of pigment or from incorrect aftercare and will be charged accordingly.

5.     Sensitivity patch testing is recommended for those who may have an allergy to nickel, as there are traces of nickel in some needles and pigments, which may affect you. The sensitivity patch test will not always confirm or determine conclusively if you have an allergy to nickel or whether you will react to the products used within the treatment that you have requested.

Lip Blush/Neutralization FAQs

  • What is Lip Blushing?

Semi-permanent lip blushing infuses lips with tiny dots of pigment (essentially, organic or inorganic natural pigments or cosmetic tattoo ink) for a natural-looking color that never smudges or budges.

  • How long does Lip Blush last?

Everyone’s skin is different, so the results vary, but you can expect your newly colored lips to last for two to five years. The darker the lip-blushing color, the longer it lasts. Color retention depends on your health, lifestyle, and proper aftercare.

  • Is Lip Blush painful?

Pain levels vary from person to person. Strong medical-grade topical anesthetic cream is used before and during your procedure to keep you as pain-free as possible.

  • How long does it take to see results?

One appointment usually creates the desired color in most cases, but if you need to, you can do a second session six to 10 weeks later to touch up the color. Immediately following the treatment, the lips will be swollen, dry, and tight, and the color will be at its brightest. It's essential to keep the lips well-hydrated with Vaseline for the next two weeks. By the end of the first week, the lips will scab, and the scabs will fall off. Whatever you do, don’t pick or peel them. Then, the newly colored lips will emerge.

Like microblading, it will take about a full month to see the results and for the lips to fully heal. If you don’t like your new lips, we recommend consulting with a dermatologist to see if laser removal is the way to go. Please note: Most tattoo removal lasers are too aggressive for the lips and could leave the skin darker. Since lip blushing is a semi-permanent treatment, the effects will fade with time.

  • Is Lip Blush right for everyone?

Lip blushing works across the board for all ages, lip colors, thicknesses, and shapes, especially asymmetrical ones. This treatment is great for lips that have lost their natural pigment. But as with all beauty treatments, there are some exceptions to the rule and a few things to consider. Some medical issues, like precancerous lesions or spots, may force you to stick with lipstick and gloss. Also, if you experience cold sores or oral herpes, lip blushing can instigate an episode, so get a prescription beforehand for an antiviral medication like Valtrex to help mitigate the occurrence of an outbreak as the lips heal.

  • How do you prep before the procedure?

    • Make sure to exfoliate the lips three days prior for optimal results.
    • 48 hours (two days) before your appointment, make sure to avoid any type of blood thinner, including, but not limited to, alcohol, coffee, Ibuprofen, Tylenol, Aspirin, Fish Oil, etc.
    • Please bring in your favorite lip gloss or lip color; this is how I can make sure that your desired color is matched without simply stating a “red” or “pink” color, as this varies.
    • Always let me know your personal goals for your lip, and I will take care of the rest.

As always, my goal is to match YOUR goals! Please reach out with any further questions if needed!

We Answer Frequently Asked Questions About Microblading

  • Will it hurt?

An effective topical anesthetic is used to maximize your comfort during the cosmetic procedure; however, pain tolerance varies from client to client. Receiving the procedure during your menstrual cycle may increase your sensitivity. On a scale of 1-10, most of my clients experience 2-3. Most clients describe the pain level as minimal and find tweezing and threading more uncomfortable in comparison.

  • Are there some clients who cannot retain the pigment?

Yes, this does happen. Some people have highly effective immune systems that reject the pigment, and some just have highly effective skin healing. It's very rare, but it's important that all clients understand this is a possibility, and, in most cases, there is no way for me to know if this will take place before the work is done. Occasionally, I will recommend an additional session or we will look at other options to take.

  • How long does the procedure take?

The initial session takes approximately 2-1/2- 3 hours or less with me. We spend the session designing your new brows, going over pigment colors, clarifying any questions you may have, numbing, and completing the procedure.

  • Can I resume my day-to-day activities?

There’s also no downtime besides normal aftercare. I provide all my clients with aftercare baggies. Most clients go about their normal day when they leave their appointments. A touch-up session may be needed, I highly recommend them. The touch-up session takes approximately 1 - 2 hours. This is done normally within a minimum of 8 weeks.

  • What factors will affect my cosmetic tattoo?

    • Bleeding during the procedure: Excessive bleeding during your procedure will greatly affect how your body retains pigment. While this is not entirely in our control, you must follow prep instructions to help minimize bleeding. This includes avoiding blood-thinning medication, caffeine, and alcohol before your procedure.
    • Oily skin: Increased oil production can cause hair strokes to blur and heal lighter and more powdery than you would expect. Loss of color will be more prominent, and touch-ups are needed more frequently.
    • Large pores: Excessive skin texture is not good for microblading, and we evaluate if you are a good candidate based on your pore size. If the pores on your forehead are too large, we cannot perform the microblading procedure. If you are unsure, please email us in advance with a photo to be pre-approved.
    • Smoking: Smokers may notice that their tattoos will fade faster.
    • Anemia and iron deficiency: Your body will absorb these iron-based pigments more quickly.
    • Sun exposure: Increased exposure to the sun will cause premature fading.
    • Color of pigment: Lighter colors fade faster than darker colors.

We Answer Frequently Asked Questions About Permanent Eyeliner

  • What is a permanent eyeliner?

I use my machine gun to implant color/pigment into your skin with a tiny needle. Permanent eyeliner isn’t going to wash off with the rest of your makeup at night, but it will gradually fade away within a couple of years depending on your skin type. For this reason, semi-permanent is probably a better description.

  • What is the process of applying permanent eyeliner?

During the process of applying tattooed eyeliner, I will clean the area with an eye-approved antibacterial, apply an ointment to the eye that will act as a barrier to protect your eye, and then apply a numbing cream to help reduce discomfort. Then micro-pigment specifically designed for use in permanent cosmetics is implanted to create an enhancement within the lash line and/or full eyeliner just above the lash line.

  • Does permanent eyeliner hurt?

Permanent eyeliner doesn’t cause as much pain as you might expect.

Once I start the tattoo process, the main thing my clients feel is a vibration. Most clients say they feel minimal discomfort but that it’s completely tolerable. There is no bleeding and usually minimal swelling/redness. Additional numbing agents are added throughout the procedure to keep the entire process more comfortable.

  • Why is aftercare important?

During the aftercare, there are some key things to avoid; you shouldn’t expose the area to water for a week, avoid dust and debris from getting into the area, and eye makeup (liner and mascara) should be avoided. If you have lash extensions, these will need to be removed and not reapplied until your eyeliner is fully healed (about 4 weeks, to be safe). It’s also very important to follow my aftercare to a T.

  • How long does permanent eyeliner last?

Permanent eyeliner can last anywhere from 1-5 years.

  • Can I get an eyeliner tattoo if I have eyelash extensions?

If you have eyelash extensions, remove them at least 3 days before your eyeliner tattoo appointment. If you remove the extensions just before the appointment, there may be glue left behind on the lash line, which could affect the outcome of the tattoo eyeliner. Once the eyeliner heals, you can get lash extensions again.

  • Can I get an eyeliner tattoo if I wear contact lenses?

If you wear contact lenses, take them out before the procedure. Be prepared not to wear them for a few days after the procedure as well. Your eyes might be a bit swollen after the treatment, so it’s better to opt for glasses during the healing period.

  • Who should avoid permanent Eyeliner?

    • Individuals with any kind of skin condition on or near the treatment area.
    • Eczema, dermatitis, rosacea, psoriasis, or any one of these skin conditions may compromise the surface and texture of the skin.
    • Any ladies with flappy eyelids.
